About me
Fast forward to 2012. That year, after three temporary contracts, I was required to leave my workplace for three months. I decided to spend all my hard-earned money on a language course in Barcelona, and after that summer, my old dream was fully revived. I picked up my hobbies, writing and photography, again and started collecting and capturing beautiful travel stories.
More and more, friends, family, and acquaintances began to come to me for advice and tips for their next vacation destination. That's why I've compiled my best photos, fun experiences, and top tips for travel destinations from around the world here.
The world trip hasn't happened (yet) and that's why I seize every opportunity to explore a small part of the world. As a teacher in the Netherlands, I have twelve weeks a year to discover all the beauty at home and abroad. Some of the destinations I've described are still on my bucket list, but I'm sure I'll visit them one day. And until then, I'll take you along in my dreams and preparations for those destinations.
